THE ANTI-CHRIST BEAST OF REVELATION 13

This dreadful composite-beast parallels the Little Horn of Daniel 7, and they represent the same world power. Here are important similar points:

  1. "There was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and BLASPHEMIES." [REV 13:5] The same thing done by the little horn.
  2. "...and power was given him to continue fourty-two months." [REV 12:6,14] The same amount of time as "a time, times, and half a time."
  3. "It was given unto him to make war with the saints, and overcome them." [REV 13:7] Just as the little horn, in Daniel 7:25.
  4. "And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was headed, and all the world wondered after the beast." [REV 13:3] As shown, the deadly wound was given in 1793 by General Berthier.

Then in 1929 Mussolini executed the "concordat of 1929" with the Papacy, restoring to them their properties and power. The Papacy's "deadly wound" was healing.

At this point let's define, from the Bible, the meaning of "BLASPHEMY." In John 10:30-33, Jesus was about to be stoned for claiming to be "one with the father." The Jews who were going to kill him said, "it is blasphemy for a man to be accorded the place of God. MARK 2:7] Clearly, Jesus was not a blasphemer, because he was God, and was able to forgive sin. But for a man to make such claims would constitute blasphemy, according to the Bible's own definition.

Here is another definition of blasphemy: Jesus had forgiven a man his sins, and the scribes said, "Why doth this man speak blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God only?" [

BOTH ARE DONE BY THE CHURCH OF ROME. "The Pope is crowned with a triple crown, as king of heaven and of earth and of the lower regions. Moreover the superiorty and the power of the Roman pontiff by no means pertains only to earthly things, but even over angels, then whom he is greater... if angels err in the faith, or think contrary to the faith, they could be judged and excommunicated by the pope, for he is of so great dignity and power that he forms one and the same tribunal with Christ.... the Pope is as it were 'God on Earth,' chief 'King of Kings.' So they claim. [ Resource: Prompta Bibliotheca Canonica Juridica Moralis Theologica, Vol. VI pages 25-29. ]
